Applications: Slurries, viscous media, paper and pulp.
Cartridge seals, as the name suggest are preassembled, factory tested, balanced seals, ‘Fit-it, Bolt-it’ design makes these seals most easy for installation. Spring protected ‘O’ ring design allows the seal to work in viscous and abrasive media. Specially designed dynamic elastomers and seal faces make the seal fret-free.

APCO Metal Bellow Seals (AMB)

Applications: High temperature media.
These seals are specially designed to handle high temperature. Due to static gasket, shaft is fret free. Being hydraulically balanced it can perform under high pressures. Special cartridge designs are offered with universal gland design for multi-application. ‘Self-cleaning’ bellows make these seals compatible for slurries.

Applications: Moderate slurries and chemicals.
This is simple yet rugged, pusher type seal. Its design compensates for minor misalignment. Torque transmitting drive lugs make the seal bi-directional and also avoid spring distortion.
APCO Multispring Seals (AMS)

Applications: Clear water, steam, dairy, solvents and petrochemicals.
It is a very compact, easy to install, pusher type seal, available in balanced and unbalanced variants. These can be offered in double back-to-back and tandem configuration conforming to API-682.

This is an externally mounted reverse balanced seal. Being metal free design, it is ideal for corrosive media/slurries at high pressures.
Apco PTFE Bellow Seals (ATB)

Applications: Corrosive media.
This seal has a PTFE Bellow as a compression device. It is designed to seal majority of corrosive chemicals. Composite GFT/PTFE bellow and drive pins help the seal to minimize the face distortions. Being a non pusher seal, dynamic gasketing and hence shaft fretting is eliminated.
APCO Conical Spring Seals (ACO)

Applications: Water clear solvents.
These are conical spring, uni-directional seals. Relatively small cross section allows the seal to fit into narrow stuffing box. Simple design makes the seal maintenance friendly and economical.
APCO Dual Balanced Agitator Seals (ADB)

Applications: Chemical, pharmaceuticals plants and solvents.
These seals are offered in dry as well as wet construction. Due to its unique design, this seal can withstand full vacuum to high pressure. These seals offer ease of installation, and can also accommodate high eccentricity and out-of-concentricity (up to 3 mm). Steam – sterilizable variant is offered for sterilizers.
APCO Rubber Bellow Seals (ARU)

Applications: Water and clear solvents.
This is a mass produced and most economical seal, specially designed for lower end applications. Rubber diaphragm grips the shaft providing sealing and positive drive. Lack of relative motion between diaphragm and shaft eliminates shaft fretting and seal hang up.

» APCO Thermosyphon Systems is designed to provide buffer fluid to double-to-double seals.
This system covers wide range of pressure with efficient heat dissipation. Standard model includes tank, cooling pipe, hand refill unit with NRV & ball valves, pressure & temperature indication. All threaded connections & mounting holes are in accordance with DIN Std. Extra safety features such as pressure switch, level switch, level indicators, etc., are provided on request.
